Hedonistic Corruption

We live in a hedonistic society
adulthood is a euphemism for apathy
grow cold to those in need
engage in self gratification
and tell yourselves its okay
when infants die by the truckload

desire and selfishness are the children of evil
they grow to corrupt and damage
all that is good and loving
children's hearts turn red to blue
pleasure seeking machines run this
dead cold, miserable place.
